Storage Unit Size Guide: 225 Sq Ft

A 225 sq ft storage unit is roughly the size of a double garage, with enough space to comfortably store the contents of a two to three-bedroom house, including sofas, beds, wardrobes and dozens of boxes.

Whether you're moving house, running a business or just need breathing room, a 225 sq ft unit goes a long way. It's well suited to full bedroom and living room furniture, white goods, boxed belongings, business stock and equipment, archive files, seasonal inventory, and larger furniture pieces such as sofas, dining sets, wardrobes or bed frames.

All of the storage units at The Place have their own individual alarm which is activated and deactivated via our security app on your mobile phone or via a secure PIN code. Additionally, all units require a padlock to secure them; these are available to buy from our merchandising shop in reception. For external units and business units there is also the option of renting a heavy-duty Bluetooth controlled padlock, ideal for when multiple people need access to a unit.
